Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If the product is not shipped within 40 days you will get a refund excluding the shipping cost no question asked, Or we will send you back another package with the same value of the lost one.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Nucery. Please reach out to contact@nucery,co   with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

 

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—NUCERY packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@nucery.co   and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

 

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day time frame, please reach out to contact@nucery.co.

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

 If a package is returned to the sender due to an address error or by the request of the recipient, we will charge a shipping fee of $25.00 and resend immediately.  

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@nucery.co and we’ll be sure to get you the Nucery ordered!

 

What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?

Yes, within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an email to contact@nucery.com before returning your order.

 

We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.

NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via contact@nucery.co  the return policy applied to the shop where you did purchase the product.

Return & Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order is returned to us, we cannot be held responsible for the error.

In such cases:

  • The cost of return shipping will not be covered by us.

  • Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the customer declines reshipment, the order will not be refunded. All shipping costs and any return fees are non-refundable..

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

*Cancellation requests are subject to a €7  processing fees
